Why is my jawline so different on both sides? And what can be done to fix it? (photos)

I have misaligned teeth and it makes my chin, lips and cheeks asymmetrical, but can it also make my jawline asymmetrical? I have braces for 5 months now and my teeth are still not the best so I was wondering if my jawline will be more even once my teeth are gonna be straight. If my teeth are not the case, then is it just genetics? (I hope not)
