Thread lift dimple won't go away, 12 days post-op. How long should I wait? (photos)

Hello. I am so worried about my deep dimple that is very visible under the sunlight. It makes me look older than before. How Long more should i wait, or is there any ways to make it better? Will it go back to my previous smooth skin surface? Thank you

Dimpling often occurs after threadlift, some possible solutions would be subcision with a blunt needle and injection with saline.

I would return to the physician who placed it.  Often simple massage can get the thread to "pop" back into position.  Second line would be to numb the area and use a cannula to manually dislodge the dimple.  Another approach would be to inject filler into the dimple to mask it.
