2 days post op epicanthoplasty, options to reverse it? (photos)

Question

I always wanted big doll like Korean eyes. I had tapered double eyelids done a year ago and it dropped. I went back to same surgeon and he suggested doing epicanthoplasty to raise my tapered eye to parallel and my eyes will get bigger too. It's day 2 of my surgery, my eyelids definitely tapered and my eyes became smaller. Any remedial suggestions you recommended, redo my double eyeslid, canthoplasty making it rounder? My eyes look too close How do I get the Korean round doll eyes?

It's very very early in your healing process of the patient.  The inner portion of an upper eyelid incision or an epicanthoplasty are some of the last places to take on much definition or showed the surgical changes during the healing process.  Even very small amounts of swelling at the inner corners that you can't see can distort the appearance of your surgical result so be very patient. Two days is way too premature to assess the final outcome of your epicanthoplasty. Although it may not be easy, you need to give healing a chance to heal. It usually takes minimum 3-4 months before you can start making an assessment of the outcome.

At two days postop, you are not seeing your final result. There is swelling of your eyelids and swelling around the incisions. Give yourself a chance to heal. If these issues persist, discuss with your surgeon.
