I had intermittent pain in my dental bridge every time I drink cold water, eat or after brushing my teeth. The dentist told me that I need to see specialist to check my bridge.

Hi, thanks for the question... You need to do 2 roots canals #27 and #30, this will be better do before the bridge, now your run the risk to losing the bridge, which is not good by the way, go to an endodontist and make the 2 roots canals drilling the bridge to avoid having to remove it, but if have some risk. How old is the bridge? What was the condition of the teeth under the bridge? This panoramic x-ray is not an ideal way to check a bridge. Bite wing x-rays and periapical films are needed to show details. In addition, you would need examination of the gum and bite.
