Can you shorten the midface? (and more) (Photo)

Question

I was wondering if I could shorten my mid face through surgery (if that's possible?) considering I have a narrow jaw and a very long face, I want to widen it (and shorten it), doing this is was thinking about a gonial jaw implant (because I have a short ramus). And I was also thinking about having cheek implants, in order to give myself a wider appearance. Is this a good idea or is there anything else I could do to get this desired look?

What you need is orthognathic surgery. This is the best way with long lasting result, will treat all your issues, and won't have long term complications with implants infection/displacement. All incisions are inside your mouth. This can shorten the midface, and make your jaw more masculine, and widen the bigonial width. You already have very nice upper third facial structures, so you will get very nice results with this. After getting a CT scan, we can model your soft tissue for you to see. One thing is that your nose might change slightly.
