Your gum swelling could be due to number of reasons, Need to see the xrays!Please have your dentist check for excess cement, around the crown, first.Best,Dr Anthony Mobasser

My gums have disappeared because of using dentures for more than 40 years. Could implants be done if there are no gums left?
