Are there any ways to prevent bruising after GainsWave?

Bruising and soreness are listed as the most common side effects after GainsWave treatment. Is there anything I can do before having the treatment in order to reduce or prevent these side effects? For example, I know that arnica and bromelain are popular supplements used to prevent bruising after surgery. Would they be effective with this GainsWave, too?

Any supplement that reduces bruising and inflammation may help.  But the Gainswave procedure should not cause much bruising in my experience.  Are you getting much bruising?
