Would CoolSculpting help minimize the appearance of fat on my chin? (photo)

I have a chin which stucks out a little, but what I really hate is that it is very round. It is not bone that is the problem, but rather "tissue" that is on the bone. My chin doesn't look bony but very round. I want to ask if this "tissue" (which I can squeeze a bit) is fat or is this something else? If it is fat, could it be less by use coolsculpting (manually)
