Is it possible to reverse a hair transplant? (Photo)

Kyle_B
M32 I had a hair transplant to the frontal third of my scalp a year ago. The location, direction, and angulation of the hairs is completely different from my native hairs. Would it be possible to "undo" the hair transplant? My balding was a diffuse thinning pattern, rather than regular MPB, meaning the grafts are mixed in with the native hairs. Is it possible for a surgeon to distinguish the native hairs from the transplanted hairs for the purpose of removing them? Graft count was 2,700.
