My breast implants too perky/nipples pop out of everything. How to fix perkiness, lower the nipples and even them out? (Photo)

Hello,Thank you for your photos. It appears to me that the photographs with a bra show a larger space in the lower pole/ nipple-IMF. The braless photos do not appear to show nipples sitting high on the mound or the same large nipple-IMF measurement. I wonder if proper, professional bra fitting may help you. There is a great variance in band and cup shape/fit. the cup on a 32 band will have much less coverage than the same cup on a 34 band. It could be possible to surgically alter your crease and lower your areolas as a result but based on these photos...I would recommend that you explore other options before discussing further surgery with your Plastic Surgeon.All the best .

I think you have a very nice result.. I think your nipples are in  the correct position.  I think you have 2 choices.  number 1  change your clothing choices.  I am going to buck the crowd and say that I think a higher diameter implant will give you more fullness medially and superiorly so that the nipple is not so close to the cleavage line.  good luck

Based on your photos, overall, you do have a nice result.  A side view may help better assess why your nipples want to pop out of your bras because from the frontal views, they do not look high.Remember that numbers are just guide lines and I am quite sure that most people do not have an equilateral triangle.You look extremely athletic and you may have a projecting chest wall.  Going to a smaller implants and allowing the implant to position higher may help.Best Wishes,nana Mizuguchi

While we would say your breast surgery has had a great result aesthetically, you are not happy, and you know exactly why and have communicated it well. Unfortunately, if you want to shorten the nipple to inframammary fold distance (which is what would need to happen to relatively "lower" your nipple position on the breast mound), it would require further surgery and a different/smaller dimension implant. See a board certified plastic surgeon who is very experienced in cosmetic breast surgery for this one.

As you have heard, you have a nice outcome. Overall, I do not think that your nipple/areola will are too high in position on the breast mounds. Assuming you are happy with your breast size, I would likely recommend that you avoid any additional surgery;  although this may not be what you want to hear, I would invest more time finding better fitting bras/swimming suits. On the other hand, further downsizing of breast implants and adjustment of breast implant capsules may allow for an outcome that you will be happier with ( assuming you will be happy with smaller breasts).  This operation would involve placement of the breast implants higher on the chest wall so that the nipple/areola complexes sit relatively lower on each breast mound.
