Can finasteride/propecia cause lipodystrophy?

I took finasteride for hair loss for two weeks. I noticed loss of erection strength and then some face bloating which my doctor thought was a localized release of histamine and not really sure if it was related to the drug. I stopped taking it after 14 days, the localized histamine reaction has finally subsided but my face seems noticeably thinner and loss of definition. I have loss some fat mass between cureent and before pictures but not alot 3-5lbs maybe.
