Is it possible to get Retin-A in a 0.1 strength?

Is it possible to get Retin A in a 0.1 strength ? My doctor's staff told me that there are new compounding laws and now I can only get 0.125 . Is this true ? I am in Arizona.

Retin-A cream comes in a 0.1%, which is the highest strength.  The highest strength Retin-A gel is 0.025%.

Is it possible to get Retin-A in a 0.1 strength?
