Can I have Secret Rf on thighs without causing issues for surrounding areas?

I was wondering if you can target certain area on the thigh with Secret RF without causing issues for the surrounding areas. Meaning the spot treated areas become tight which in turn makes the untreated areas lax when walking or sitting down because of the pull from the treated area? Would you advise to treat the area as a whole? I don’t want to take away one issue and create another. Thank you.

Treatment like Renuvion where the heat is actually placed under the skin with a wand instead of through the skin with tiny needles would give better results. However, the tummy tuck will be the best way to have a flat and tight abdomen.

Surgery will give your best results because the excess skin can be removed. If you go with micro-needling with radiofrequency, I use Secret, you will need several treatments.

The medication you are on does slow down healing and even micro-needling may not heal well. Ideally, you would stop the medication for at least 6 months before any treatment. I cannot advise doing it while on Roaccutane, but if you find someone (not my med spa) who will do it and you choose to...
