Glare halos starbursts 1 year after treatment

Had LASEK idesign 1 year ago. Have starbursts halos glare which is present both during the day and at night. I've had several follow up appointments and been given numerous different eye drops. Mostly steroids but currently being given Alphagan for the last 2 months. These reduce the symptoms but only lasts for 2-3hours a day. There doesn't seem to be a plan any longer and for the past 2 months every time I try to follow up nothing happens. Looking for advice please.
