Im just over 60 had bodytite to my upper arms 5 months ago. My bingo wings are slightly worse than they were before, largely because of the angle that the skin now hangs at. The Dr is recommending a course of EmsculptNeo presumably to improve the profile. However, I just have loose skin and not fat there, (coolscupting in past). I'm concerned that Emsculpt will burn fat and leave even looser skin, or make my muscles bigger and increase the size of my already larger arms. Please advise. TIA
Answer: EMSculpt EMSculpt is always helpful to tone muscles, especially in the arms, but will not tighten the lose skin. Your muscles will not be big and bulge with treatment.

Answer: Many arms just need the New Advanced Arm Tuck where the incision is hidden in the arm pits. Hiding the incision in the arm pits is such an excellent way to make arms look great and is easy to undergo under local with a little iv sedation for complete comfort. I also lipo them, bodytite and morpheus them as well for the very best results at the same time as the Mini Lift. And the incision is hidden in the arm pits. WOW !

Answer: Skin tightening It is true that Emsculpt will burn further fat in the area, however, RF has tightening effects and while it may reduce the small amounts of fat in those areas, it will also tighten up and build muscle. Your doctor will be able to guide you on what's the best course of action, but combining it with additional tightening procedures will absolutely help reduce the appearance of wings. Good luck!

Answer: Arm treat I would say that the primary underlying problem in your case is skin laxity that is likely due to loss of skin elasticity due to age. There is no non-surgical treatment that’s going to tighten your skin enough to give you a quality outcome. If surgical treatments are out of the question, then you may have to simply accept that this is what your arms look like. None of the treatments you’ve listed or what I would consider treatments that will deliver quality outcomes. All the treatments you listed will at best leave you with a barely visible change. If you really want to have a major impact, then you’ll need to consider Liposuction and or an arm lift. If those are unacceptable, then you need to ask yourself how much money you’re willing to spend a treatments that don’t really work.(at least not well or consistently) Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
