Scared of getting a flat nose if I get septoplasty and rhinoplasty for severe deviated septum and crooked nose deformity.  cocaine 2 years ago when I felt the cartilage right by the nose bone had vanished around the middle third area. Headaches and face pain ensued. No nose bleeds or perforation. Seen an experienced ENT in London who wants to remove and straighten the septum using scoring and the swinging door technique. Does this carry a risk of saddle nose or boxers nose as doctor has ruled out grafts?
