I have been wearing my Invisalign for two days now and I am feeling nauseous and dizzy with upset stomach are the two related?

This seems abnormal. Are you in a significant amount of pain or are cleaning your Invisalign properly? It is quite possible you caught a stomach bug. Let it run its course for another day or two, and if it continues, call your Invisalign doctor.
