How much does it cost to get a permanent full set of dental implant teeth?

how much does is cost to get a full set of non removable teeth (not dentures?)? Can it be done in one session? Specifically in Florida, USA. Without insurance. My teeth are so bad I have nightmares where in they all fall out. I can no longer brush becauseit hurts too much to clean them and they hurt for days afterwards. Is it possible to do payment plans for this?

It is impossible to quote a fee without seeing what to work with and how many implants will be used.  Also, in SOME cases you can have a restoration secured at the time of placement, but this is a TEMPORARY and not the final restoration.  The fee is high since the treatment is complex and takes time.However, there is a waiting period while things heal.  It is not unusual to have implants placed and temporary secured, and then 6 months to a year later return for the final restoration.  This makes it easier for those that travel to break up the trips.Plan on $25,000 to $40,000 per arch

Yes, you have some options. You can have 4 implants (all on 4) per jaw which will cost about $25,000. You can have 6 implants per jaw with a similar appliance on both jaws which may cost $50,000 or more. But the ultimate will be 8 implants per jaw (to replace all your teeth) with porcelain fused to metal crown and bridge work which could cost $100,000 and up. Choice is yours. Make sure you see certified periodontist, oral surgeon and prosthodontist for this type of work. It is very expensive and you want to maximize your chances of success. So you need someone withe the training, expertise, and LOTS of experience. Ask how many cases like this they have done, and ask for at least 3 patient references you can speak to yourself to ensure you are in good hands. Good luck :)

The cost can vary from area to area and also type of dentist you see (whether a specialist or a general)Generally speaking, for fixed prosthesis supported by 5-6 implants, it is in range of 30k to 35k; and for removable implant supported teeth it is in range of 18-20k (for surgery and prosthetics). Dental tourism is of course an option to get cheaper treatment, but with all due respect to my colleagues, while the quality of care can be good, there are several factors that should be considered by patients before choosing treatment abroad.
