Yes, you have some options. You can have 4 implants (all on 4) per jaw which will cost about $25,000. You can have 6 implants per jaw with a similar appliance on both jaws which may cost $50,000 or more. But the ultimate will be 8 implants per jaw (to replace all your teeth) with porcelain fused to metal crown and bridge work which could cost $100,000 and up. Choice is yours. Make sure you see certified periodontist, oral surgeon and prosthodontist for this type of work. It is very expensive and you want to maximize your chances of success. So you need someone withe the training, expertise, and LOTS of experience. The cost can vary from area to area and also type of dentist you see (whether a specialist or a general)Generally speaking, for fixed prosthesis supported by 5-6 implants, it is in range of 30k to 35k; and for removable implant supported teeth it is in range of 18-20k (for surgery and prosthetics).
