Please use Vaseline or Aquaphor two to three times per day for approximately one week. Jelly-A one-time blast type of laser treatment usually does not work and may even risk worsening the mottled red and brown discoloration of Poikiloderma. For this skin condition, I recommend a series of 3-5 BBL (Broadband Light) treatments spaced at 3 week intervals.Good luck!
