I have a cross-bite as well as a slight underbite, what are my best treatment plans? (photo)

So to list my wishes in a simple manner: 1. Close the slight gap between my two front teeth. 2. Fix my underbite (my front teeth bite directly on top of my lower ones) 3. My upper set of teeth are not as wide as my lower ones, and as such my ability to speak is slightly hindered as my tongue doesn't have enough room to move, will I need an expander to fix this? You should make sure you aren't tongue tied first; if you are, have your tongue released. I'm guessing you probably snore and, if not currently, are headed towards a sleep breathing problem. Your posterior crossbite and edge to edge anterior bite are the result of a grossly underdeveloped upper dental arch. The only way to properly fix your problems are to enlarge your dental arch and the only way you can do that is either with surgery or with an arch development appliance. There are several different appliances that will work; my favorite is the DNA appliance. You may also need to magnify the upper anterior development with a forward pull headgear that you would wear at night.Good luck!
