Heavy lifting 1 month after LASIK should not affect the visual outcome. It is true that valsalva movement can cause small blot spots in the back of the eye, but that does not cause irritation and sensitivity. I recommend visiting your LASIK surgeon to make sure that you don't have any inflammation. 

The best way for you to find out if anything is of concern with the blurred vision that you are experiencing would be for you to be seen by your surgeon or clinic.  They will be able to determine the underlying issue to the blur and if needed be able to treat anything of concern.
