Had Lasik 1 month ago I'm 26 and my healing is going well. I lift really heavy in the gym, of course holding my breath, as I was doing dead lifts. No my left eye fells sensitive, It feels as though I was punched. Irritated and sensitive. Although I dont rub my eyes at all, I have found out that holding your breath when lifting creates the 'valsalva movement' which can cause some serious pressure and lead to complications such as haemorrhages in my retina. My vision still perfect.
