I am 25 years old, never had acne before in my life, but ever since I introduced laser hair removal for my face acne like this won't stop. Chemical peels, topicals, even spironolactone does not prevent it. My only conclusion is it might be the laser hair removal.

It is really hard to know, but for sure if you are experiencing hormonal hair growth most likely the hair will reduce as the hormones become more balanced. You can also try to use something like a DIM which can balance them out as well . Are you using a HRT Hormone replacement therapy?
