I started getting filler in my lips and chin in June 2019 and first got cheek filler in July 2020. My last time getting cheek filler was July 2023. I am now almost 28 years old and I feel like I look worse than ever. My nasolabial folds are quite pronounced and I feel more puffy than lifted. Is it possible for cheek filler to migrate and drag the face down over time? How can a doctor determine whether or not filler is migrated? I want to dissolve all the filler and pursue surgical options.
