Is there a specific laser that would target just black w/o darkening my white?

Two weeks ago, I got my white ink tattoo on my back. However, the tattoo artist added grey ink to the lining of it. I want to keep the white but remove the black. I understand that there are different lasers and pulses. Which would be best to target the black ink without darkening the white?

Lasers do not remove white ink and may even darken it .Any tattoo laser can remove the black ink but if it is a thin line it will be difficult to treat the black only.Consider picoway , enlighten 1064 wavelength.
