I have a tattoo of a semi colon on my left wrist. It is the size of a pinky nail. About how much would this cost to remove is i used the laser removal treatment and would it be possible to get it done in one treatment?

Thank you for your question. Based on your photo your tattoo can be removed with laser tattoo removal. However, since your tattoo is red it will need a laser with a 532 wavelength. Laser tattoo removal is done in a series of treatments spaced 6-8 weeks apart. The cost of treatment will be determined by the number sessions is required, size, color, placement and how fast your body removes the ink. I recommend having a consultation with an expert to determine the best treatment plan for you. Best of Luck!

The tattoo is small but appears dark in the photo.  It would likely respond to laser treatment, but it would take multiple treatment sessions for best results.  Black tatttoos tend to resond better than bright colors.  Another option might be surgical excision of the tattoo.  This would remove the tattoo completely but it would require stitches to close the wound and would leave a surgical scar.  Laser treatment is less invasive but requires multiple treatments over time to get maximal lightening of the tattoo.
