My very back bracket fell off. I was wondering how much it costs to go and fix it. Is it expensive?

For a short time, the graft will work.  But as time goes on, the gums will do what ALL gums do: follow bone.  The best we can hope for is 5 mm from tip of bone.  If bone has shrunk away, the graft won't work in the long run.Bioclear is the best thing to fill black triangles.
