Laser hair removal vs electrolysis post male facelift, coarse dark hair, skintype 3/4

Post facelift patient, male, skin type 3/4, with coatse dark hair. My incison was beind the tragus so sideburn came close to ear. What is better and safer: laser (YAG, diode, etc) or electrolysis? Is it true that laser is just a permenant reduction but not a permanent removal?

Laser hair removal should not cause acne. It is a completely different mechanism of acne. Your acne looks like hormonal acne which is heat sensitive so the laser is probably aggravating it, not cauing it. The solution is to fix your hormonal acne in the first place. I would suggest a .5%...
