I am getting Laser Hair Removal on my bikini area but I don't want all the hair gone, I would like there to be remaining but fine hair. Will that be the case if I stop after 2-3 sessions? Or will some of the hair not grow back at all? Thank you.

Laser hair removal should not cause acne. It is a completely different mechanism of acne. Your acne looks like hormonal acne which is heat sensitive so the laser is probably aggravating it, not cauing it. The solution is to fix your hormonal acne in the first place. I would suggest a .5%...
