Bulging vein on my upper eyelid. Would microphlebectomy be a suitable option for this? (Photo)

Hi, I'm at 36 year old female. I've had this vein on my upper eyelid since childhood; it has become much more noticeable over the years and has become quite bothersome (cosmetically). Would microphlebectomy be a suitable option for this? Thank you in advance for your time!
