What's the best underarm whitening laser treatment?

Hello NB_NJ. Thanks for your question. The answer to the question depends on the source of the pigment. If you are getting darker under the arms because of shaving, excessive sweating or friction from clothing, then you may be able to get rid of it with topical hydroquinone (bleaching at a higher strength like 8%) or laser treatments. The challenge is if the pigment is related to a health condition like diabetes or just your genetics. In these situations, it's our experience that nothing will work.

The most common cause of underarm darkening with our medium or dark skinned patients is shaving. Remove the hair, remove the shaving, remove the color! So we suggest laser hair removal. If it's hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), then we inject Dysport to reduce the sweating. If it's diabetes or genetics, you may not be able to change it.

no lasers are good at whitening this area, and this area can never be cured but peels like cosmean and enlighten are best with proper skincare. plus doing botox for sweating to limit issues during rubbing. IV glutathione should be done bi monthly.
