I went to the dentist Friday to get a temporary crown for the mean time. So, they numbed me up for the temporary one but I woke up this morning with a bump on the inside of my mouth, it is close to my lip (on the inside) it is a clear bump, almost looks like fluid? What is this? Unfortunately they are closed until the 3rd of January.

The temporary crown probably has an "open margin" where food and bacterial is getting in. Your dentist can fix that or you can just wait for the permanent crown.
I would not recommend crowning #25 in most situations. The tooth is simply too small to crown effectively without removing most of the tooth structure. This is especially true in an apicoectomy situation, as the tooth is mostly left intacted after the procedure.
