Do you advise braces and would they correct my teeth placement? (Photos)

Braces can definitely correct the alignment of your upper teeth, and make your smile fuller and more symmetric. Although I can’t see your lower teeth, but from your profile view, your lower lip curls under your upper teeth, which most likely result in severe crowding of the lower teeth and a deep bite. So I would recommend upper and lower braces to correct these issues. 

You have a narrow maxilla.  I suggest you look into maxillary expansion with the DNA Appliance or a SARPE procedure.
