What would be the process to lengthen my canines I really want the procedure done

From the picture your canine looks great. It should be the same length as your central incisor. The only reason it may need to be lengthened is if is too short to protect your teeth when moving your lower jaw side to side.  This needs to be determined by your dentist.

I think the canine looks fine.  If you can find a dentist who would oblige you, it can be done with direct bonding.
