Will getting braces after rhinoplasty affect my nose?

I underwent open rhinoplasty three months ago and I want to get braces. I was wondering if getting braces, especially if it involves orthodontic palate expansion, will affect my rhinoplasty results? Thank you!

First question is what is your age? 
Because if bone sutures are fused [adult patients], in that case, the first step is surgery to open the sutures and then expansion. In that case, you have to ask your rhinoplasty doctor.
