On my 7th week of 100mg Spiro & .025 Tretinoin. I've been experiencing steadily worse breakouts of deep pimples all over my chin for the past few weeks. I used to get a cystic pimple every month or two (although the 50 mg Minocycline I was prescribed helped with that), and now I am getting three a week. I realize Spiro takes 2-3 months to show improvement, but is it normal/expected for my acne to become so much worse? I recently refilled my Mino prescription, but have not seen any improvement.
