I think the safest and easiest thing to do is simply stick with HA fillers such as Restylane because this is reversible or simply goes away on its own.  Fat transfer is an option that can work fairly well but its prone to a little bit of unevenness and lumpiness as well as less predictability as far as how much fat really will survive over the long-term.  I do fat transfer frequently and get nice result but fat transfer for one small area of the face that anatomically is a tight space with limited room for grafting of fat limits how dramatic change you can achieve.  With regards to other graft material such is AlloDerm or even your own fascia I would recommend against it.  The reason for this is that over time as the collagen that forms around this graft material contracts it can cause contracture of the lower eyelid.Chase Lay, MDAsian facial plastics specialistDouble board-certified facial plastic surgeon

This is a common request from Asian patients looks to have aegyosal created.  While the easiest way would be to use fillers, some patients seek a more permanent option which would require the use of a different material.  Fat grafting would be difficult to achieve a natural appearing result with the plumpness of the aegyosal.  The best recommendation is to have an in person consultation with a board certified specialist who can properly evaluate your anatomy to determine how best to address your concerns.
