I'm interested in augmenting the pouches of fat directly beneath the eye (circled in blue and labelled 'aegyosal' in the first picture). I prefer a permanent solution rather than filter, and I have heard of fat grafts or alloderm being used. What are the pros and cons of each? Some have said that fat is more difficult to control in making the desired shape, but I am ambivalent about an artificial and perhaps grating material (alloderm) beneath my eye. Thank you.
