Diode, alexandrite and yag lasers work best for hair removal. I typically have patients do every 4 weeks for the first 3 times and then every 4-6 weeks for 3 times after. Hi Neo.  We have evaluated this technology and have spoken to many patients that have been disappointed with the results.  It seems that the benefits of this technology flow mostly to the practice in terms of fast treatments.  But because of the low peak temperature of the hair follicles, there is much less permanent hair removal.  Most of the practices I have spoken with that use the device end up using the small spot size handpiece for most hair removal treatments.
