I hear popping and honking sounds from nose. Is this normal after septorhinoplasty?

I would recommend speaking with your surgeon. They should perform an examination to make sure things are healing correctly. if you are soon after surgery, the swelling can cause all sorts of abnormal sensations and breathing sounds. Again, speak to your surgeon directly as they know what was done in the operating room. Best of luck
