I will be replacing 7,8 and 9 using 6,10 and 11 as abutment . I am 57 and have been told that this repair could last upward of 15 years if I take proper care of it. It's not that I am against using implants for 7 and 9 with a 3 tooth bridge but with a substantial cost difference with having to have a bone graft on 9 I feel like the 6 tooth bridge would be more cost effective at my age. Your thoughts ?
