I am considering a 6 tooth bridge out of Zirconium from 6 to 11 to replace 7, 8 and 9 .

Question

I will be replacing 7,8 and 9 using 6,10 and 11 as abutment . I am 57 and have been told that this repair could last upward of 15 years if I take proper care of it. It's not that I am against using implants for 7 and 9 with a 3 tooth bridge but with a substantial cost difference with having to have a bone graft on 9 I feel like the 6 tooth bridge would be more cost effective at my age. Your thoughts ?

Even if the bridge lasts 15 years or more you are still likely to need to replace it. You may live another 30+ years. You can always shop around and find implants for a similar price to a bridge. In SB, CA I'm guessing this bridge costs $6,000-$9,000 maybe more, you may be able to find a dentist to do 2-3 implants in the $7,500-$9,000 price range but it may take a little searching. It will probably save you money in the long term, plus when you are 80 years old you probably do not want to be going through a bridge replacement.
