Will Invisalign help correct clenching issues from misalignment?

Severe bruxism (clenching) needs to be diagnosed properly as it can lead to tooth loss or even be a sign of a more significant medical condition such as a sleep disorder which can lead to early heart attack and a host of other medical complications.You need a sleep test and at least a dentist fabricated flat plane splint, NTI or OSA appliance/CPAP is testing indicates a sleep breathing disorder which will cause bruxism.  No way to tell without a sleep test.Good luck and I hope this helps.
