Im not sure if starting a retinoid this early will do more harm than good. There’s lots of contradicting information on the internet. Some doctors say age doesn’t matter, but others say I should start with a retinol instead. I heard that retin-a is good to start young, but how young? Also will it have a negative affect if i start too young? My skin is pretty normal, i just want to prevent wrinkles and sun damage.
