Can CoolSculpting areas where fat was injected cause PAH?

I had a bad bbl/lipo 5 years ago. Bfat is just very uneven and the fat was injected too high on my lower back flank area I assume to give me more of a projection. I got coolsculpting elite on my upper back a few months ago and everything was okay but I wanted to do it on these fat bulges on my lower back but I have been reading things about PAH and am getting paranoid.does the fact that this fat I was to coolsculpt was injected in the area from my bbl increase my risk for PAH? Help!
