I'm 41F, 5'5, and 145 lbs. Coolsculpting on my cycle?

I'm 41F, 5'5, and 145 lbs. I'm interested in CoolSculpting/Coolsculpting Elite, and have a couple questions: 1) is there a time of month where it is more or less effective? Can the procedure be performed when I am experiencing bloating just before my period? 2) I've seen several photos of the "stick of butter" effect with the frozen fat just after coolscuplting. Does that happen with Elite, also? If you dont experience it, does it mean the fat didn't freeze?

To answer your question, there is not a specified time of month that Cool Sculpting will work better than another. Water retention should not affect the freezing of the cells that are being suctioned.  After each treatment we massage the area for 1-2 minutes to break up those frozen fat cells. This is what is going to prevent the "stick of butter" effect.  Some people like to continue massaging the area on their own afterwards for the next day or two as well. In most circumstances, the massage right after treatment is sufficient enough.
