Damon Braces vs Invisalign: which treatment is best for people who grind their teeth?

I'm considering braces; I grind my teeth and I have a decent overbite. Cosmetically, Im also interested in widening my smile. Would Invisalign or Damon Braces be best for me?

It is difficult to say for you but in general, Invisalign can be wonderful for grinders. The grinding actually helps the trays set more fully and therefore work better.
