Is it okay use Retin-A gel on my sun spots immediately following LNA treatment? (Photo)

Had l LNA to burn(freeze) my spots 2 days ago. Can’t reach doctor for answer for 3 for days because office. Unfortunately at age 76 I can’t remember exactly what he told me to do.
