What are my options for a #19 tooth extraction and how long do I have to do something? (photo)

I recently had #19 extracted. I am not sure what to do. I definitely do not want a titanium implant and would lean towards a zirconian but am not ready. How much time do I have and what should I do in the interim to be sure not to have the 'drop' or any other issues. I could really get used to NOT having anything done (a little too much dental trauma this past year!) Please help with your opinion and suggestions for natural alternatives (I would travel). Following the removal of your lower left 1st molar, your choices come down to just three things.   1.  Do nothing and teeth may shift.  2.  Using the molar behind and the bicuspid in front have a fixed bridge made and 3.  Place an implant.  However based on the available bone following the extraction you may or may not need a bone graft.  But the longer you wait the more the bone will resorb.  So decide in a reasonable period on your intentions.  Lastly, in the molar area occlusal forces are very strong. so that the implant must be able to handle the forces.  There is nothing wrong with a bio-compatible titanium implant as opposed to a zirconium one.  Discuss your thoughts with your dentist and make an intelligent decision.
