You probably developed a small corneal abrasion from the trauma. The drops may be masking some of the discomfort. For the best result, call you surgeon and ask to be seen. Sometimes a scratch like this can set you back a few days healing wise.
Unfortuntately, we can't enlarge the photo you posted but if you are struggling I would see the surgeon again and see what the next step is. You man not need an enhancement but if you do, a little more time should pass by.
If you have a small remnant prescription after the surgery you could wear glasses to help.Ask you surgeon to be sure as we don't have all the details. He/She will have the last Rx.The Rx will likely vary a little over the next few months as you get to your final Rx.
