I'm looking to get Strabismus surgery to correct my lazy eye but also some years down the road I would like to invest in getting lasik for helping with my vision problem is it possible to be able to get both surgeries

You have the correct order. Keeping the eyes aligned together (strait) is easier if there isn't much prescription and the both eyes see to the same acuity. It's tougher if the lazy eye does see as well with the best glasses or contacts or LASIK and can only see say 20/60 while the good one sees 20/15.Hope that helps.
