Do fast braces have rubber bands?

I'm not sure how I feel about rubber bands and I'm trying to decide if I want them or Invisalign. I know that Invisalign isn't always comfortable on your gums and I have sensitive gums. So I was considering fast braces but I haven't heard anything about rubber bands so I'm not sure if I want to get them or Invisalign.

Rubber bands are an important tooth in orthodontic treatment and are used with both braces and invisalign, usually to correct overjet and align the bite.  If you do not want to wear rubber bands with your treatment, tell your orthodontist up front.  As long as you are OK with accepting a lesser quality of final result, they will probably still treat you.  Be sure you are getting treatment with an orthodontist as they will be better able to explain how not wearing rubber bands will affect your outcome.
